“I’m always listening, are you?”
So, I’m sitting at work desk feeling spiritually useless and dry as ever. I can’t figure out what to do or what to read or listen to, so I literally just start asking God:
“Jesus! Hello! Do you hear me!!?”
And immediately the Holy Spirit responds: “I’m always listening, are you?”
😳 Wowwwww. 🔥. But wow. God already knows our hearts and He’s in us, so of course He knows what we desire ( 1 Kings 8:39, Mat 12:25). The real question is: do we know what God wants? Are we actually listening to God? We’re constantly waiting for God to show us a sign…throw us a gadget or something in order for us to be in His will….but we forget that we already have all that we need. Deep this real quick.

I have a question how do you know for sure it is the Holy Spirit? I struggle with this sometimes because at times i know for sure God is leading me and answering me through the Holy Spirit and other times i am not sure if it me. I have been reading/studying the word of God (i guess i have to continue to pray about it and read His word. But i was wondering for you what is it like?

Sorry it’s taken so long to respond. For me, personally, if I question if it is the Holy Spirit or not I look for affirmation from a few very close friends I know that walk closely with Jesus and will be honest with me. At times they have given me a different perspective that leads me in different directions. There are times though when I move forward in faith. Hope that helps! B Blessed today!
