I had the same irrational fear of storms, Mike, especially when there was a tornado watch or warning. Those threw me into a panic as a child and into adulthood. My mother used to always say how sorry she was to have let me watch The Wizard of Oz at the tender age of three because she thought that had created the fear. She was right! Growing up, my only recurring nightmares were about tornadoes. That eventually stopped when I accepted Jesus as my Lord and Savior and learned to trust in the faithful Rock of Salvation. What a blessing that was and still is! Sorry this is so long, but I just had to share.
